Happy Shirts recalls toy trucks due to fire hazard

About 9,000 toy trucks that came with boy’s t-shirt purchases were recalled after a report of one toy truck catching fire and three reports of trucks smoldering when batteries were inserted. The recalled toy trucks were made in China. See the recall.

Husqvarna issues recall for grass and hedge trimmers due to fire hazard

About 19,500 grass trimmers and 6,500 hedge trimmers were recalled after seven reports of gas leaking from the rubber spacer holding the fuel line to the tank. The recalled gas trimmers were manufactured in China. See the recall.

Todson Inc. recalls bicycle carrier seats due to laceration and amputation hazards

About 40,000 Topeak Babyseat II Bicycle Carrier Seats were recalled after receiving two reports of near amputations to fingers resulting in stitches and a crush injury after fingers were caught in the hinge mechanism. The recalled bicycle seats were manufactured in Taiwan. See the recall.

West Elm issues recall for folding chairs due to falling hazard

About 10,100 folding chairs were recalled after West Elm received 14 reports of the chairs collapsing or breaking while in use. Two minor injuries have been reported. The recalled folding chairs were made in Malaysia. See the recall.

Public Bikes issues recall for bicycles due to falling hazard

About 4,100 2010 through 2012 model year bicycles were recalled by Public Bikes after receiving 24 reports of the pedals cracking or breaking. The recalled bicycles were made in Taiwan. See the recall.

Office Depot recalls desk chairs due to falling hazard

About 319,000 Office Depot brand Biella Leather Desk Chairs were recalled after receiving 11 reports of the office chairs breaking while in use. Minor injuries and bruising have been reported in some of the incidents. The recalled Office Depot chairs were manufactured in China. See the recall.

Viking Range issues recall for dishwashers due to fire hazard

About 2,000 Viking dishwashers were recalled after the company received 21 reports of an electrical component overheating, including five incidents of property damage from the resulting fires. The recalled Viking dishwashers were made in the United States. See the recall.

Nan Far Woodworking recalls drop-side cribs due to entrapment, suffocation, and falling hazards

About 16,700 Rockland Furniture Drop-side Cribs were recalled after five reports of the drop sides detaching or otherwise malfunctioning. One minor injury was reported. The recalled drop-side cribs were made in Taiwan. See the recall.

SR Suntour issues recall for bicycles due to falling hazard

About 17,000 GT, Giant, and Trek Bicycles with SR Suntour Suspension Forks were recalled after the company received 12 reports of the suspension fork breaking, causing loss of control. Two minor injuries involving cuts and a chipped tooth were reported. The SR Suntour suspension forks were manufactured in China.

Baja Motorsports reissues recall for dirt bikes due to fire hazard

About 4,300 dirt bikes, previously recalled a year ago, were again recalled due to an additional 10 reports of of leaking fuel, with two additional burn injuries, received after the original recall. The recalled dirt bikes were made in China. See the recall.

Specialized Bicycle Components recalls brake levers due to crash hazard

About 600 bicycle brake levers were recalled after an incident where break function was lost while in use when the adjuster cap and brake cable slid out of position. The recalled brake levers were manufactured in China. See the recall.

One World Technologies issues recall for gas grills due to fire and burn hazards

About 89,000 STOK gas grills were recalled after the company received 569 reports of regulators leaking propane gas. The recalled gas grills were made in China. See the recall.

Sakar International recalls battery chargers due to shock hazard

About 48,000 Digital Concepts Compact Travel Chargers were recalled after discovery that the plastic holding the screws can break, exposing energized components. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The recalled battery chargers were manufactured in China. See the recall.

Irwin Industrial Tool Company issues recall for saw blade due to laceration hazard

About 55,260 Classic Series Circular Saw Blade 3-Packs were recalled because of failed packaging. Three incidents of the saw blades falling out of the packaging have been reported. The recalled saw blade packs were manufactured in China. See the recall.

XS Scuba recalls diving hoses due to drowning hazard

About 17,000 Milflex High Pressure Scuba Diving Hoses were recalled after receiving 189 reports of the hose rupturing. The recalled diving hoses were made in Italy. See the recall.

Gems Sensors issues recall for fire pump controller parts due to risk of failure

About 25,000 Gems 3100 Pressure Detectors/Transducers were recalled after discovery that the transducer can fail to accurately detect water pressure in a fire sprinkler, potentially causing the sprinkler system to not activate in the event of a fire. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The recalled Gems product was manufactured in England. See the recall.

Louise Paris recalls jackets due to entanglement hazard

About 13,000 “Me Jane” and “B-Hip Kids by Me Jane” girls jackets with faux fur trim were recalled after discovery that the drawstrings at the waist could become caught in small spaces, such as car doors. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The recalled jackets were made in China. See the recall.

Lenovo expands recall for computers due to fire hazard

About 13,000 additional Lenovo ThinkCentre M70z and M90z computers were recalled after two additional incidents were reported. The recalled Lenovo computers were manufactured in Mexico. See the recall.

Puma recalls jackets due to entanglement hazard

About 5,000 PUMA USA V-Konstruct Training Jackets with pockets were recalled after discovery that the drawstrings at the waist could become caught in small spaces, such as car doors. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The recalled jackets were made in Vietnam, Malaysia, and China. See the recall.

Manhattan Group issues recall for rattles due to choking hazard

About 3,150 Whoozit Starry Time Rattles were recalled after two reports of the rattle breaking and releasing small parts. The recalled rattles were manufactured in China. See the recall.

Target issues recall for sippy cups due to injury hazard

About 264,000 Target Home Bunny Sippy Cups were recalled after the company received six reports of the plastic ear on the cup poking children while in use. Three minor injuries of cuts and bruises were reported. The recalled sippy cups were made in China. See the recall.

Gerber recalls knife due to laceration hazard

About 3,000 Gerber Instant Knife products were recalled after discovery that the locking mechanism for the blade can fail and cause the blade to fold while in use. No incidents or injuries have been reported. The recalled knives were manufactured in China. See the recall.
